It should be C atticum. The flower is the size of a finger. I'm editing the
web page to show the flower compared to my finger and a 3 inch label.

On Mark Smyth's COlchicum pictures, it's hard to tell how large the
flowers
are. The one he has labeled "Colchicum attica" (not a possible name) looks
a lot like C. neapolitanum, but that is a little plant. How big is that
flower, Mark?
