For those who subscribe to this list but haven't become dues-paying
members of PBS, and thus eligible to participate in the BX, now is a
good time to join officially. New members who join after October 1
receive an extra quarter year: the fourth quarter of 2020 plus all of
2021. This policy reflects the publishing and mailing schedule of our
newsletter, The Bulb Garden.
