The summer of 1973 my sister and her family emigrated to Israel. Our parents visited them late that year. When they returned home they brought me a Cyclamen persicum tuber found exposed between a couple of boulders on a roadside. I've been its caregiver for 47 years. Some years it is top-dressed, some years repotted, other years neither. It was repotted cyclamen yesterday. Perhaps it should go in the Guinness book of records?
