Hi Ina,

Yes, my oxbloods do set seeds.
If you go to http://www.bayoucityheirloombulbs.com/ and scroll down to the bottom of the page on Rhodophialias, you will find a photo taken of the same bed after flowering ,showing it loaded with seed pods.
