We start watering September 15ish on the coastal plain of North Carolina as August is usually too hot and humid to want to introduce much moisture to the pots. We do briefly mist pots every 2-3 weeks during the heat of summer. Oxalis in the raised beds in the greenhouse get no overhead watering but may receive moisture from below year round depending on rainfall.
