Hi Max, Glad you have the Ammocharis. This species seems to be an opportunistic grower. Mine have gone dormant in the heat once this summer and now have a fresh flush of leaves -- but no blooms in this weather. It may grow erratically in your climate. Mine are forced dormant in winter in a chilly greenhouse where they are kept very dry.
