UC Botanical Garden has a clump of H. coccineus with enormous leaves
(~12"x9") that project from a rock crevice. Inspired by Mary Sue's
additions, I've manage to add a picture of it without her help!

We are starting to get some leaf and fruit pictures added to the
wiki. So many books illustrate only the flowers of some of the Amaryllids
that bloom before their leaves and it's wonderful to see what the leaves
look like.
