As of October 1, people newly joining PBS receive paid membership for
the remainder of 2019 and all of 2020. If you subscribe to this list but
haven't invested in a paid membership, this is the best time of year to
do that. Dues-paying members receive a printed quarterly,
color-illustrated newsletter and the privilege of ordering items from
the Bulb and Seed Exchange (BX). Visit the PBS website and go to the
"Membership" page to find out how to join.
