February Gold (?) blooming now

Both are, or would be, welcome here! Sleet falling steadily outside, no
trace of Narcissus unless somewhere under the snow that is under the sleet.
But in the greenhouse, L. aloides quadricolor is also in bloom here, along
with a bunch of yellow Lachenalia hybrids of unknown parentage. All very
welcome. Let's hope the electric power doesn't go down.....
I might have a couple extra bulbs of aloides next summer.

the second one is as exciting as the first is boring, but do inspire hate
and envy as there is NOTHING blooming in beaufort sc xcept some slightly
blighted camellias. thanks
