Hello Justin, You are absolutely right that it is not L. barkeriana. I would suggest that it is closest to L. longibracteata which is somewhat variable but is characterised by the bracts that can be clearly seen in the photograph. The colouring and shape of the flowers is close and probably in the range of L. longibracteata but I am not sure about only one leaf I would have expected two. Hope this gives you a starting point at least.
