A couple of mysteries, and Trillium pictures

Dave,
I'm so glad you took photos of that first mystery bulb. I also saw
those near Cuzco in mid-February a few years ago. But every single
flower was a closed bud. None of them were open, although they looked
very iris-like to me. I desperately wanted to see one open, but I
guessed they were only open during the part of the day when I wasn't
there. Now maybe I can find out what they are.

I've recently returned from a wonderful trip to Peru (mid-February to
mid-March), and have finally gotten pictures of a couple of bulbs onto
the mystery bulb page. One I've made a guess as to the genus, but as
to the other I'm clueless. Thanks in advance for any help.
