Bulb order

Things have been going smoothly now that DHL is out of the loop.  Both boxes were delivered to APHIS Weds afternoon, and Fri afternoon they were on the UPS truck.  They are now in PA and should be delivered to Bridget tomorrow afternoon.  She and I are both tracking the progress.
We're all hopeful that losses will be minimal from the delays but in the meanwhile we are working on plans to efficiently document any obvious losses so that Leigh can present a damage claim to DHL.  Bridget or I will have more later on this topic.  She will do the unboxing tomorrow and will provide further updates from there.
Let's all keep our fingers crossed.
