Hi, gang.

I'm trying to import some seeds into the US. I have my small lots of seed
permit, but I need to also send the seed vendor a prepaid shipping label
that the US inspection folks can use to send the seeds from their facility
to me. USPS prepaid labels don't work because the shipping date has to be
pre-printed on them. So I am trying to find another service that will let
me
create a prepaid shipping label. I've looked at UPS and FedEx but can't
figure out their websites.

So, my question: Those of you who import into the US, how do you handle
this
problem? Is there a particular service you use?
