Indeed I have yet to understand how Brunsvigia grandiflora grows. A mature bulb I got some years ago has never found its cycle so far and put leaves when it likes, but after some weeks they disapper. Seed raides plants instead have adjusted to a winter growing cycle here, I simply planted them in the ground and let to their own. Brunsvigia radulosa instead is very regular, it is summer growing even if it isn't watered at the right time Angelo Porcelli Apulia- south of Italy ________________________________ ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 7 Jul 2008 14:41:44 +0200 From: "Alberto Grossi" <crinum@libero.it> Subject: Re: [pbs] Brunsvigia To: "pbs" <pbs@lists.ibiblio.org> Message-ID: <K3MZ9K$1077737607CE6D64D8A5A588804B4751@libero.it> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Hello Alan, thank you for the complete and exaustive answer! Indeed I noted my B. grandiflora sprouting so I was doubtful about that!
