Hi Paul, I've purchased many bulbs from them via Ebay exclusively and they do ship to the US without the need of a phyto certificate. The do however cut off and roots and leaves and sometimes it does take a bit of time for them to start growing new roots. The offer some very beautiful hybrids and they are an bit expensive bit in my opinion, worth it.
