Hi Paul,

I've purchased many bulbs from them via Ebay exclusively and they do ship
to the US without the need of a phyto certificate. The do however cut off
and roots and leaves and sometimes it does take a bit of time for them to
start growing new roots. The offer some very beautiful hybrids and they are
an bit expensive bit in my opinion, worth it.

They seem to be a legitimate company, and they say that they ship to the
US, but they don’t mention anything about a phyto certificate in their eBay
listing. Their regular website is “under construction,” and it doesn’t
have an e-mail listed or a Contact Us page. I’m a bit leery to order
something from Japan without a phyto.
