Bulb sources on the west coast of the US

General nurseries in the West that sell specifically mediterranean climate
plants will sometimes have bulbs...native or otherwise...but, like eBay,
you have to be paying attention and checking regularly (granted not quite
as regularly as eBay)...the oddities tend to be gobbled up suddenly.

Oh, and Plant Delights, if you can bear the shipping charges, usually has a
number of Arums and a few other bulbs.

happily back in SF where it is 50dF cooler than on the drive back from the
Sierra Nevada. My excess med. climate bulbs generally go to the BX.

One of the big challenges is sources. My go-to's are Telos Rare Bulbs,
Illahe Rare Plants, Brent and Becky's Bulbs ( in addition to trading and
sharing among friends). Easy to Grow Bulbs was once a great bulb resource
but they've stopped offering most of these kinds of bulbs, unfortunately.

Do you have any nurseries to add? Let's let people know how wonderful
these bulbs are for our gardens!
