I didn't feel that this announcement was "conducting business." Only a few species were offered, and Vlad is helping someone who lives under difficult circumstances, including economic sanctions. Many of us can remember the era of the Iron Curtain, when we went to some effort to purchase seeds from fellow botanists in Soviet bloc countries. Also, it didn't seem likely to be fraudulent.
