I saw a couple rattle snakes hiking the other day in one of San Diego’s many hiking spots in Mission Trails Regional Park...just catching some sun along the trail. It’s getting to be that time of year Rattlers getting set to exit their burrows. The wild flowers are fantastic right now and the snakes love to hang right at the trail edge...where that amazing lupine is blooming....
