Can anyone identify this?

I received a request for identification of this plant. These came from an
old home in Natchez, Mississippi and the gardener does not have a recognized
name for them but thinks they are some sort of white spider lily. She lives
in Jackson, MS. I can't help her as I'm woefully ignorant of the tropical or
sub-tropical bulbs.
