WARNING: Congestion ahead! Two of the three Brunsvigia littoralis bulbs
in the foreground are producing double scapes this year. I now have four
bulbs producing double scapes. Perhaps due to this past Winter's excellent
growing season of well-spaced, plentiful rains totaling in excess of 14
inches ... 5 above average. Some of the first Red florets are beginning to
open, but I am afraid the coming congestion of flowers will detract from
the usual visual impact.
