I've bought a good amount of seed from Owl's Acre in the UK, good quality. But I second Mary Sue, Gordon has excellent material as well. http://owlsacreseeds.co.uk/ixia-viridiflora/ixia/… The trick with keeping Ixia viridiflora going (aside from proper general SA winter bulb growing conditions) is making sure you get a nice hot dormancy period of at least a few months, without this you'll get few breaking dormancy in fall, and your stock will languish over the years. Some say viridiflora does best with a bit of summer water, and i've tried lightly watering dry pots a couple of times, but didn't notice much of a difference. If you're growing in clay pots and have hot summers, I would recommend this (light, not full saturation), but in plastic you should be fine withholding water completely.
