PBS list back up 13th August 2019

Hi,

Test message from the new server. If it appears then you can assume the
PBS list is back.

Repeating my comments about the new server...

From the user point of view there will be no difference, web and email
addresses will stay the same.

The ip address of the mail system will change and if anyone's service
provider is blocking posts on that basis they may see an interruption.
