Problem paying dues

Although I have had this problem a few times over the last year or so it always disappears after a reboot. Never seems to be the website that is the problem, just too long since a reboot. Opening and closing laptop too many times in my case. Only ever use Explorer.

Internet Explorer closes webpages for me rather frequently.  I'd go with
Chrome.
