Problem paying dues

I've been trying to pay my 2013 dues with PayPal, but I keep getting
blocked with an error message saying "A problem with this website has
caused Internet Explorer to close this tab." Does anybody know how to
correct this? It also prevented me from paying for my NARGS seed
exchange order. I used PayPal a couple of weeks ago with no problem.
