Get the browser, OS (Mac, Win etc) and error message right and Google
them.

Browsers have developer tools/error reporting consoles built in, which
will give you more information about what is going on, if you can get to
grips with them.

Ctrl+shift+I in Chrome.
F12 in IE
Ctrl+shift+J in FireFox
