In Lake Oswego, Oregon, I sprinkle Blood Meal or Fish Bone Meal around my
roses, etc. the deer live here year around, eat my next door neighbours
roses, etc. The roses love it and the deer don’t. Lightly sprinkle weekly

Diane,

What encourages deer to overrun our cities is nonsensical hunting
regulations which allow them to overpopulate. I am not a hunter and I
do not own a gun; so I am not a gun rights fanatic.
