EU spring exchange

Can anyone please give me the exact URL for the actual list of bulbs on the exchange. There is so much discussion of prices and emails, I cannot find the actual BULB Exchange!

The first round of the Pacific Bulb Society EU spring exchange will be
closing in a few hours, tonight at 24:00 Central European Time.

The donation time window remains open until further notice, there will
be a second round in April, you will be notified through the same channels.
