Could this be scilla peruviana?

That revision wasn't permanent, at least KEW doesn't follow. I wonder
why they are not more commonly used around here in Germany, they can
take -12°C without damage to the foliage. and the flowers are spectacular.

as Oncostemma. I suppose the erroneous attribution to Peru still
sticks to it; it would now be peruvianum, since -stemma is a neuter
