I find it repellent to see special offers for PBS members in one country (in this case the United States) that exclude members in other countries. It may be more economic/legal/what have you to sell within a certain geographic area; then why mention such exclusive offers to the entire membership? But that is mere manners. I suggest that deeper down, in the realm of fairness, offers that cannot be made to all should be made to none.
