Another technique is to purchase inexpensive flea collars at the
supermarket. Cut into 3 to 4 inch lengths. Set plant pots into suitably
sized garbage bags / bin liners. Drop in one or more pieces of flea
collar, depending on size of plant / number of plants in bag. Draw bag up
over plants and tie closed. Leave for 24 to 36 hours. Works for me.
