Hi Robin,

The PBS is one of the best sources for South African Oxalis. Usually in the
fall, many people including Mary Sue Ittner will send extra bulbs to our
Bulb Exchange (BX) and you can get them there. So, it's worth getting a PBS
membership just for these alone. They are quick to flower and are
fantastically rewarding.

Otherwise you can purchase them from independent vendors like Telos Rare
Bulbs (http://www.telosrarebulbs.com/).
