Sadly it looks as though this part of UK [SE] is not going to have a White Christmas, but that does n't deter me from thanking all of the 'officers' for all their hard work and enthusiasm over the past year. The PBS is a beacon and it is a treasure and I for one could not be without it to raise my spirits when everything else seems a little bit askew.
