Looks like Nothoscordum bivalve and for me sets few seeds and doesn't
multiply too fast and has strong scent. This is characteristic for the
several types from US and Chile that I have. It also will flower from
spring to fall. I grow them outside and they have been in the same spots
for years and don't wander.
