Gordon Naysmith asks:

How many years does it take for the Brunsvigia whatever to flower from
seed? I have a hundred or more planted all over my garden, Port Alfred
Eastern Cape, and only three are flowering, the rest are just the green
leaves which disappears for half the year and some plants are already 3
years old.
