Jim- I couldn't resist it and planted some bulbs back at the beginning of June. The garden is a bit more southern (Zone 10, lime rock~20% organics). I'll let you know how they perform in a year or two. I hadn't considered zone 5, but if I can get my hands on another bulb or two, I'll give it a try. At the worst, the mush makes good compost for our clay soil.
