Dear All,

money orders, please) you
should send the PBS treasurer to defray our costs
for packing and
first-class, priority-mail, or international

OUR PLACING A SURCHARGE ON

From Pieter van der Walt:
1. Bulbs of Cyrtanthus breviflorus
From Rogan Roth:
2. Bulbs of Bessera elegans
3. Seed of Aloe minima
From Lynn Makela:
SEED:
4. Freesia laxa azurea
5. Freesia viridis
6. Habranthus brachyandrus 'Cherry Pink' This is a
very good form of
brachyandrus, robust and with good color.
7. Habranthus robustus var. biflorus I have taken
liberty with this name.
The original seed came to me named H. biflorus. It
is most certainly H.
robustus with two flowers on one stem. The seed was
collected from only
those bulbs showing two flowers and as the pot was
inside my lanai . . they
were most likely self-pollinated. The first year
they flowered, only a few
bulbs showed the twin flowers. This year, however,
almost the whole,
overcrowded pot had them. It has been a very dry
spring and the pot dried
out several times. Perhaps that's the answer to the
twin flowers. There is a
picture of it on the IBS gallery sent by Willem
Reuter.
8. Habranthus gracilifolius This could be H.
estensis. It is soft pink and
the flower looks very delicate.
9. Hippeastrum gracilis 'Firey Bouquet'
10. Zephyranthes katherinae v. rubra
11. Zephyranthes mesochloa
12. Zephyranthes primulina
13. Zephyranthes reginae 'Valles Yellow'
BULBS:
14. Oxalis brasiliensis
15. Nothoscordum filipponei (sellowianum)
From Stephen Putman:
16. Seed of Crinum bulbispermum
From Arnold Trachtenberg:
17. Small bulbs of Colchicum cilicicum
Thank you, Pieter, Rogan, Lynn, Stephen, and Arnold
!!
Best wishes,
Dell
