There's 2 plants I'm trying to source. I don't know if either are here in the USA but perhaps they are & maybe a PBS member has them. The first one is an Iris pumila in circulation in the UK. It's described as one of the JJA collections from the wild. Scroll down this page to "Iris pumila JJA 199590" https://alpinegardensociety.net/plants/… Importing plants from the UK is costly, and the two nurseries I've found selling it do not export to USA. I thought I once saw photos of this once at the Denver Botanical Garden but exhaustive Google & social media sleuthing has turned up nothing. The second plant is Agave wendtii. It was once sold by the Huntington in 2005, but apparently has never been for sale again. It is self-fertile and prolific bulbil producer, so I'm confounded that it is not readily available. http://media.huntington.org/ISI/ISI2005/… Thanks, Dennis in Cincinnati _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> PBS Forum https://…
