Pamianthe peruviana

I received two batches of seed in prior years. Both looked identical, but
the first just went moldy, while the second gave almost 100% germination.
Perhaps viability of Pamianthe seed is erratic.

Nothing has happened, other than some of the seeds becoming covered in
white mycelia. Should I have done something else?
