Yes, you can now attach photos. No, nothing is removing them from what
you receive, you actually quoted the links to the photos back to the list.
"scrubbing" is the process of replacing an attachment with a link to the
attachment.
We have opted not to do actual attachments for the benefit of the people
with limited bandwidth.
Photos then are links at the bottom of emails, click the link to see the
photo. Search for the word "scrub" to find the links.
