Achimenes pedunculata Benth. is native to southern Mexico (Chiapas and Oaxaca) south to Venezuela. It is a tall-growing species that would get floppy under lights. Growing it more brightly will allow it to be strong and stand on its own. Height range: 20-30 cm. Follow standard Achimenes cultivation techniques for growing species.
