ID help

Looks like a very vigorous Cyanella hyacinthoides? Mine has similar wispy stems but not so full as this specimen.

When I rest, I rust. Judy

Hi,
I wonder if anyone might be able to help with id on this plant which I? found growing against the wall of a nearby coffee shop in SE NC (8B).? It was pretty obviously put there but a landscaper, but I have not seen it used in this area before.? It appears to be some sort of irid and seems pretty well suited for what I suspect is complete neglect.? The panicles are around 2/3' tall and covered with small blue Sisyrinchium-like flowers
Apologies in advance for poor photos.
Thanks for the assistance!
(I am submitting the photos separately as the email keeps bouncing when attached)

Edward, I have not been able to see your photos, but your description suggests that the plant might be? a species of Aristea, perhaps the widely grown A. ecklonii.

Perhaps it is worth repeating that when you send a photo to this list,
it is removed from the post and replaced with a link to a copy on the
server. This process is known as "scrubbing".

Down at the bottom of posts you can find text along the lines "A
non-text attachment was scrubbed..." followed by a link, clicking on the
link will take you to the picture.

I have seen the photos, very nice, but I think not a. ecklonii

Here is a link to the best photo:

Dear All,

In an article of a succulent society I came across Albuca hyacinthiflora. Nothing to be found in the wiki nor in the internet.
Does anybody know about this plant from Namibia? How would it look like? Does anybody have material to exchange or to sell?

Thank you

Bye for today

Uli

My guess is that it could be an Australian plant, a Dianella species.
The flowers turn to beautiful blue berries later.

Looks like Dianella caerulea, at least at first glance.
I had one that grew too well. These are used as landscaping where I work.
It makes attractive blue seed pods more showy than the flowers.
Compare for example
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dianella_caerulea/
I do not see it on the pbs wiki. It might not be considered a geophyte,
although it has that look above-ground.
