Bob, In total agreement with you, and in any country last time I checked receiving a product or service offered at a specific price, and not paying for it is stealing. Please people can we just be adults pay your tab, enjoy the great thing we have and let’s move on from this discussion of violating laws. We are bulb enthusiasts not lawyers. This a morality as well as financial decision. Please whether You reside in Georgia in North America or Eastern Europe,pay your tab by 9-30-24. We don’t need hypothetical legal wrangling over bulbs and seeds. Not paying for goods that are the major source of income for our group of friends and bulb enthusiasts? I’m all ears to the defense of this behavior. Please pay your arrears debts, it’s that simple, it would be amazing for us as a group of like minded friends to allow Arnold to be able to announce by October 1st we are completely or almost caught up on arrears SX/BX payments.
