For those of you interested in the bulb offer, I once wrote an article for Bulbs summarizing information people suggested for dealing with bulbs ordered from another hemisphere. Some are easier than others and when they arrive in their cycle makes a big difference. Cameron and Rhoda McMaster knew when was the best time to send them and I had the best results ordering from them. Stan Farwig who along with his partner had a fabulous bulb collection before the great freeze once wrote a wonderful article about growing bulbs that addresses some of this. I used to reread it every year, but haven't for awhile.
