Favorite place to order glassine envelopes? (oooOIOooo)

A remnant of our lab days, the Scoopula is a favorite for working with
seeds and seedlings. That's a trademarked name for a very simple
stainless steel tool designed for moving small quantities of solids
around in a lab. We've been seed repackagers for the NARGS exchange for
many years, which involves a lot of fishing seeds out of envelopes or
statically charged plastic bags, moving them around on plates,
dividing/counting,filling envelops, and a lot more cleaning than it
should, and we both find Scoopulas invaluable for all of that. Also very
handy in planting seeds or popping individual seedlings out of community
pots. Decent stainless, I've never seen rust on one, even after years in
the greenhouse.
Glassines vs. kraft paper envelopes. I use a lot of both and keep both
on hand, but prefer glassines, especially for small seed and definitely
for things like orchid seed or pollinia, where kraft paper seems
actually inimical (except maybe for storing an entire pod for a few
days). The glassines are lighter, thinner, and so easier to store
especially for things like the orchid seed/pollinia, which need to be
stored refrigerated.

A bit easier than the tiny funnel Gastil describes is filling the
glassines with a demitasse spoon. My set of stainless-steel flatware
came with half a dozen of those, which I've never used in a cup of
coffee but they're great for seeds.

These are the ones I use:

currently costing less than a dime each.
I see larger orders are cheaper per envelope but 250 will last me years.
These are a bit narrow for filling. I make a tiny funnel out of a
piece of
paper to fill them.
