Growing Alliums from seed

Dear Maggie,

Good to hear from a fellow Mainlander. I live in Motueka.

As a PBS subscriber I hesitate to answer your question. PBS members seems
to be packed with perfectly awesome plant knowledge.

With "normal" Aliums the only problem I've had is how to stop them growing
from seed. Have you tried and had a problem? Are you germinating a
particularly special Alium?
