By an almost miraculous coincidence, on the same day as Andreas Schaaf
submitted this query, a new member joined and included in his member
profile a note that he is a former editor of Herbertia and possesses an
extensive archive. I forwarded the query, and this new member has
provided the article to Herrn Schaaf.
