Eriospermum cervicornu

Last year I was given some seeds of E. cervicornu.  They sprouted quickly and each formed a single blade about an inch long, like a pine needle, and that's all they did.  They went dormant and spent the summer on the Dry Table of Death and came back into the greenhouse right before freezing weather came on.  Out of ten seedlings, four have now re-emerged as tiny spoon-shaped leaves.  The largest, less than about 1/2" tall, is beginning to show little protuberances starting to grow on the surface.
If anyone has experience with this thing, I'd be interested to know how much growth I should expect this season, and how long will the plant take to reach maturity?  The strange leaf structure is kind of cool, or will be once the plant gets big enough that you don't need a loupe to see it!
