 Uli,
I just received some nice Z. jucunda in a swap from another member, so it's possible that some things are shared outside the formal BX, and some members might hesitate to donate things that they think are too big for Luminita to mail conveniently.
If Z. jucunda is a real rarity and others want it, I'll be glad to keep the BX in mind when it's time to divide.
It's a shame that you have to live under the boot of the Administrative State and have no recourse to get rid of all your unaccountable regulators, and it serves as a cautionary tale to the rest of us who still have a few freedoms left.  I have a USDA permit and if you can figure out what to do at your end, I can email you a label to slap on the envelope and send them to me.  I'll pass them along to the SX or to interested members.  I have no interest in wild iris myself, but I'm happy to help if I can.

---------------------------------------------This raises another question. I have donated material of some of my favorite plants quite a few times to the BXes but I have never noticed anybody donating their offspring from the States. Please correct me if I am wrong.  I find this surprising because the plants are long lived and prolific. Dioscorea discolor and Zantedeschia jucunda are just two examples.
