Maybe when spring comes, members who have suffered extraordinary losses
because of this cold wave can send a note to the list letting us know, and
members in milder climes can share things we have so they can rebuild their
collections. Many of us grow odd things in part to help maintain the gene
pool for just such minor emergencies.

Bob in E Tenn with 40 and rain right now, but tonight mayhem will reign
across much of the Plateau as it turns to ice.
